Chad has spent nearly a decade in the talent acquisition space. His experience spans leading recruiting efforts for 140, Reprise, Universal McCann, and SYPartners, where he’s worked with brands that include Estée Lauder, BMW, and Coca-Cola, and more. Chad was also instrumental in scaling Verizon’s in-house talent agency from 0 to 100 employees within a 12-month timespan, all while increasing diversity beyond 50% of the workforce.
Passionate about engaging diverse talent, educating the masses on diversity, and creating people experiences for both corporate and agency clients.
The ability to advise on strategic approaches to employer branding, salary banding, and headcount planning for the future has allowed him to approach human resources beyond onboarding.
His skill set lies in full lifecycle recruiting, employer branding, recruitment strategy, and talent advisory.
Chad enjoys cycling and owns a coffee shop in the Philadelphia area.
